Yoz! Here's our FAQ. Hope you guys there are not waiting too long for it!!

- Where are your products from?
Both Candies and Bottles are from Kyoto, Japan.
- How about the Designs on the bottles?
The Designs are self-painted by our artist, which means hand-made.
Thus, the designs are unique. Eventho the same design is painted on the bottles, but there is still a difference if you are observant.
- Why are your Products so expensive?
- They are imported from Kyoto via Air EMS.
- The designs are unique, limited editions.
- The whole thing is not just a display set. The candies can be eaten.The bottles are air tight and can be reusable.
- These prices are very reasonable already given the above 3 conditions, regardless you are sharing the cost of a gift, as valentine gift etc. If 4 ppl share a customized bottle, its just $5 per person.We had even provided a 10% discount for Students.
- How do I know you are not lying?
Sorry, we can't reveal the supplier's information so as to protect ourselves from others, who may try to sell the same products as us. It is up to your trust towards us.
- I think I have tasted or seen it in Bugis or somewhere....
- We are informed by our supplier that we are the only Singapore importer and distributor of their products. Thus, it is impossible for you have tasted or seen before.
- The only possibility is that they look alike but from different manufacturer. Taste may differ as well. SO be cheated!!!
- We had also personally went to Bugis for a check but to no avail.
- How good and delicious are your candies?
These candies' sweetness are just right with very strong fragrance of the flavor, if you compare to those sold in the supermarts. Not only that, after consuming, you will not feel the phelgm in your throat running up and down.
- How do i pre-order customized designs?
You can come to Cathay's Pushcart to look for us before 14 Feb 07. Alternatively, you may email us potionpalace@gmail.com.
- What are the terms and conditions for Pre-order Customized designs?
At the point of pre-order, you have to pay for a deposit $10. The cost will be from $29.90 or more, depend on how unique the design is. Pre-order with 3 days in advance. Failure to collect the product within 10 days, it will be sold to next interested customer. Deposit are non-refundable.
- If I don't like the design, can the deposit be refundable?
Sorry to say that deposit are non-refundable. If this is the case, it will be forfeited. If you choose to customize, you have to trust our artist. You will know the standard of our artist by viewing our portfolio.
- What are the methods of payment if you are not stationed at the pushcart?
Payment via bank transfer only.
- What are the collection methods now and after 14 Feb07?
Before 14 Feb 07, you can self-collect at our pushcart.
After 14 Feb 07, only delivery for the moment. We are trying to arrange meetup for the pickup (not confirm yet).
*Pls note that the delivery charges will be beared by customer. It works just like any ebay or yahoo ways.
- Another gentle reminder for all customers. Goods sold are not exchangeable or refundable. Deposits are also non-refundable.
